About Us

We are a youth led grassroot gender balanced organization committed to driving meaningful change in environment conservation, clean energy innovations, sustainable cities and community development. We work at the heart of communities, empowering young people to build a future ready to tackle climate challenges.

Our Vision

Empowered and amplified generation of youths who are capable of taking action, enhance their skills, knowledge and capacity to drive the necessary climate and environmental actions and policies towards a conducive Future.

Mission statement

Train and empower youths to take actions, and be drivers of meaningful and positive change in communities by raising awareness, building capacity, sharing knowledge, enhancing collaboration and cooperation, creating networks and mobilizing youths to take actions to achieve a livable climate, just future, and eco friendly environment.

Our Objectives

  • To promote sustainable environmental conservation, improved livelihood and well being amongst target community members, through demonstration, training, research and information exchange, communication, mobilization and support to sustainable development initiatives
  • Facilitate sustainable governance and management of natural resources and biodiversity
  • To promote sustainable farming systems of improved food security and income
  • To empower out of school girls and boys to acquire basic life, vocational and green skills and equitably increase their employability for improved well being.
  • To enhance learning and information sharing among target communities and other organizations through training, research and information sharing.
  • To promote food and nutritional security of local communities in the area of operation.
  • To establish and promote sustainable development projects such as renewable energy technology, agro forestry, organic farming, waste management and sustainable agriculture.
  • To promote biodiversity conservation and sustainable use of environmental resources for future generations.
  • To establish a development services centre and in activities incidental to purposes of poverty eradication.
  • To promote and enhance circular economy.
  • To curb the effects of climate change on human health.

Our Core Values

Meanwhile, we also respect sensitive, confidential, or personal information of our members. This way we seek to have an open, safe, and fair environment for all to participate.
  • Climate Action: With passion, purpose, love, hope and commitment to the cause, we are action oriented and always focused on our shared goal of enhancing intergenerational equity, climate justice, and sustainable development.
  • Integrity: We work in service of our collective, operating with responsibility and commitment. We shall always seek to engage with impartiality, selflessness, and loyalty to the group avoiding conflict of interest and aiming towards the collective benefit.
  • Inclusiveness/Openness: We welcome every youth who wants to constructively contribute to the group, with equal rights and access to opportunity to all our members. Working in cooperation and collaboration internally amongst all our members and externally with relevant stakeholders.
  • Discipline: we conduct our values in line with the ethical standards of living, with respect to every one's moral values, religious values. We have zero tolerance to any form of violation, intimidation, humiliation, violence and discrimination through racist, confrontational, sexist, homophobic or transphobic acts and attitudes.

To convene youths into meaningful participation and strengthen their capacity in climate related issues, environmental conservation measures, youth empowerment and socio economic transformation.
